Directions to Lecture/Field Site
• From Expreso Jose De Diego (PR-22), take PR-165 toward Catano. At stoplight for Ave Blvd Las Palmas, turn right onto Ave Blvd Las Palmas. Main gate to Bacardi will be on your left. Enter main gate and receive further instructions from guard.
• A map to the lecture/field site is also available.

Payment Information
• Please do not send in faxed or photocopied registration forms.
• No phone registrations accepted.
• Paying by credit card and need a receipt? Please include an e-mail address with your registration form and we will send you a receipt.
• If paying by company check, the cancelled check is the receipt.
• ETA accepts the following forms of payment: Company or personal check; Visa; Mastercard; American Express; Cash for field registrations only. Do not send cash via mail.
